Ross is amazing!!! After my house was significantly damaged in a flood, I sought out a way to sell it in a short sale because I could not afford the repairs. Initially, I had two realtors and a contractor tell me that my house would not qualify for a short sale. I also had an attorney advise me to “just walk away” and let it go into foreclosure.
