We handle all of every aspect of the short sale and process, including negotiations with all the lien holders involved with the property. 

We provide the process of clearing the title for a successful transaction, as well as prescreen buyers, all document preparation & collection, disclosures to protect all parties, and communication between all parties involved in the transaction throughout the process.

2. We can help you generate more title business! By using Short Sale Connection, either as a 3rd party or a subcontractor, you can market short sale services to agents that bring you their short sale transactions... At No Charge To Them, Or Their Clients! 

We normally get paid by Buyer's based on closing costs we can get lenders to approve. We generally get lenders to approve paying all the transfer taxes (2%) and title policies.

Provided we're successful, the buyer pays us 1.5% of the sale price as a service fee, which is shown on the HUD1 as a buyers expense.

For a buyer that was planning to pay these costs, they usually save money.
